WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store and curb-side pickup is available for Certain ship-to-store purchases. Pickups are available from our Grimsby warehouse upon request.
Free Shipping
We offer next day delivery across the board to ensure prompt and efficient service for our customers. However, while we make every effort to meet this timeframe, there may be occasions when delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. In such instances, we reserve the right to extend the delivery period where necessary. We appreciate your understanding and patience should any such delays occur
Next-Day Delivery – Terms & Conditions
We aim to offer next-day delivery on all eligible orders; however, this service is subject to availability and certain conditions. Next-day delivery may not be available in the following circumstances:
- Order Cut-Off Time
Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM (UK time) Monday to Friday to qualify for next-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following working day. - Weekends & Public Holidays
Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. - Remote or Outlying Locations
Deliveries to certain postcodes in remote, rural, or offshore areas may take longer and are not eligible for next-day delivery. Please refer to our delivery exclusions list for more details. - Stock Availability
If an item is out of stock or made-to-order, it may not be eligible for next-day delivery. - Payment & Security Checks
Orders that require additional payment verification or are flagged for security reasons may be delayed. - Adverse Weather & Unforeseen Events
We are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, courier strikes, or other force majeure events beyond our control. - Courier Delays
While we partner with reputable UK couriers, occasional delays within their network may occur, which are outside our control. - Incorrect or Incomplete Address Details
Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. Errors or omissions may result in delays. - Customised or Made-to-Order Items
Products requiring customisation or made-to-order production are excluded from next-day delivery. - Busy Trading Periods
During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), next-day delivery may be subject to delays due to high order volumes.
We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the next-day delivery service at any time without prior notice. This clause is subject to change and should be reviewed regularly.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
