- Order Cut-Off Time – Orders must be placed before 14:30 (UK time) Monday to Friday to qualify for next-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following working day.
- Weekends & Public Holidays – Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
- Remote or Outlying Locations – Deliveries to certain postcodes in remote, rural, or offshore areas may take longer and are not eligible for next-day delivery. Please refer to our delivery exclusions list for more details.
- Stock Availability – If an item is out of stock or made-to-order, it may not be eligible for next-day delivery.
- Payment & Security Checks – Orders that require additional payment verification or are flagged for security reasons may be delayed.
- Adverse Weather & Unforeseen Events – We are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, courier strikes, or other force majeure events beyond our control.
- Courier Delays – While we partner with reputable UK couriers, occasional delays within their network may occur, which are outside our control.
